Bake Pro Breadmaker Review

The modern Bake Pro breadmaker from Spanish manufacturer Palson has more features than most breadmakers on the market.

First of all, the Bake Pro breadmaker has 12 preset programs to choose from, including basic bread, wholemeal, French, rapid, sweet, cake, jam, dough, ultra rapid, bake only, gluten free, and homemade.

Flexible Bread Making

The homemade setting means you can program the Bake Pro yourself. You adjust the time for each phase of the process, kneading, rising, cooking, keeping warm, to make the bread taste just how you like it. Great for experimenting!

The Palson Bake Pro breadmaker also has a colour button. Use this to select a LIGHT, MEDIUM or DARK crust. Simply press the button to cycle through the available colours.

After preparing your ingredients, if you don't want to start the Bake Pro straight away you can use the delay timer to set a different start time. Perfect for baking fresh bread in the morning. The Bake Pro breadmaker also features a keep warm facility. It circulates warm air around the bread for up to 60 minutes after the cooking process has finished.

Power Interruption

A power interruption system is integrated into all Bake Pro breadmakers. If the power supply is lost for less than 10 minutes while the breadmaker is running, it will continue automatically when power resumes.

Cleaning is always an issue for breadmakers, the Bake Pro has been designed to make cleaning as easy as possible. Full guidelines are given in the instruction manual.
