Accents 48271 Breadmaker Review

The Morphy Richards Accents 48271 breadmaker comes packed with features. There is a time delay function to start any one of the 12 programs at a later time. The Accents breadmaker also features a colour button for selecting either light, medium or dark crust. The loaf size is variable between a small 680g loaf or large 900g sized loaf.

What Bread Would You Like, Madam?

Choose between basic bread, whole wheat, French, speciality, sweet, cake, jam, dough, fastbake, bake, dessert and homemade. The homemade option featured on the Accent breadmaker allows you to take over full control of the baking process. You can adjust the times for kneading, rise, baking, and keeping warm.

Information Overload?

The stylish LCD display indicates all the information about the baking cycle. The browning level is displayed, the selected weight, the program number, the time left before completion and a temperature warning indicator.

Bread can be automatically kept warm for 1 hour after baking. Hot air will be circulated to keep it warm. This is very useful if you're being lazy and having a lye in.

Furthermore, the Accents breadmaker has a power interruption system. If the power supply is cut during the course of making bread, the process of making bread will be continued automatically if power returns within 10 minutes.

This is the first time I have ever made bread. This machine makes it so easy, just don't use to much yeast. If, like me, you have never made bread or used a machine then download recipes and try them out.

This bread maker is good value and well made, the service/spares are easy to get from Morphy Richards direct.
